I accidentally created these wonderful woks of art, which I knew I had to capture! They were totally spontaneous bursts of colour that really wowed me!! Surprisingly this purple solution is actually milk…of course extremely undrinkable now. This colour change happened as I was titrating the milk and mid endpoint caused the milk to turn purple! The endpoint colour should be blue! Which was equally impressive.
